Finding Loving Homes

I'm happy to report several adoptions since my last post!  Cats: Creed, Rafe, Braden, Eden, and Tanner.  Dogs: Tyler, Cappie, Walter, Cheery, Gaspode, and Pamela!  There have been more than that overall, but those are the animals I have photographed, and whether it was the picture or not, I had a few special moments with them that may have made a difference.  That makes me happy.

I've been really busy back at school and haven't been able to get to the shelter for a few weeks.  So, I spent several hours there last Saturday and unfortunately, it wasn't a great photo day for me.  Sometimes that just happens. Probably because I hadn't played with my camera during that time and I was out of practice.  I had the great idea to set up a little studio somewhere to get some great shots of the cats, but I learned the hard way that taking cats out of their tiny world makes them way too wiggly.  They were totally curious about their new surroundings and wouldn't even focus on toys or treats.  So, back to the crowded cat rooms with terrible lighting for photos.  That makes me less than happy.

Overall I photographed 13 cats and 3 dogs.  Here are the sweeties that need homes now!
